Artist Statement
I focus on Fine Art Landscape Photography. My photography developed out of passion for the beautiful wildness of nature. Throughout my journey as a nature and landscape photographer I have sought to use my camera as a tool to share those beautiful and wild moments that nature provides and use the art of editing to share the emotions that nature instills in us all.
The thrill of a lightning storm, the rush of a raging waterfall, or the serenity of a sunset over mirrored water cannot be overstated. I try to honor these moments in my photography. Many of the locations that you see in my imagery I have visited time and again to capture the perfect conditions to create a scene with just the right feeling, furthermore it is my mission as a photographer to capture, share, and preserve these moments that nature gives us. So much beauty, power and struggle can be captured in a single moment. I am honored to be a photographer that captures and shares those moments.
